Our team is always happy to answer all questions and offer guidance, so please don’t hesitate to call!

Accepting New Patients

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients of all ages. We love getting to know new people and look forward to helping you achieve optimal oral health.

Appointment Availability

Our appointment times are designed to accommodate your busy lifestyle and dental needs, Monday through Friday, whether you need to get established as a new patient, schedule treatment, or experiencing an emergency situation.

New patient appointments are typically 90 minutes to complete the necessary comprehensive exam of every tooth, gum health assessment, process and review x-rays to evaluate health below the gumline and inside the teeth, oral cancer screening, review your health history, discuss your diagnosis and/or cosmetic procedures you may be interested in, and your personalized treatment planning with Dr. Chang.

After you’re established as a patient with us, your routine preventive 6-month checkup and cleanings are shorter, typically about 45-60 minutes. Treatment appointment durations vary by procedure being performed and can range from 30 minutes to a few hours. Every appointment is allotted ample time in order to provide our patients with a no-rush, thorough, personalized experience of high-quality dental care.

Emergency dental care appointments are typically 30 minutes to complete the necessary exam and x-ray of the problem area, review your health history, discuss your diagnosis and options for addressing the issue immediately, and treatment planning with Dr. Chang.

We make every effort to provide immediate urgent dental care, including same-day appointments whenever possible to get you seen by the doctor and provide relief.

Please call us to discuss the earliest available time slots.

How to Schedule an Appointment

Please call our office to schedule an appointment so we can work together to find the best available appointment that fits your needs. Alternatively, you can send a request for an appointment through our website and one of our team members will reach out to confirm a day and time with you.

To streamline your initial visit, we’ll send you new patient forms via text or email upon scheduling your appointment. Completing these forms in advance allows us to prepare for your visit and reduces your waiting time.

If you have dental insurance, please provide us with the information prior to your appointment so our team can verify your benefits before your arrival and further reduce your wait time in our office.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. This courtesy allows us to accommodate other patients seeking care.

Complete the new patient forms conveniently and in advance of your appointment to save time spent in our office. We recommend planning to arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time so you can comfortably find our location, park, get settled in, and finalize any information our team may need from you before we get started.
