Sharon began her dental career in 2020, quickly gaining valuable experience in roles ranging from front desk support and treatment plan coordination to serving chairside as a dental assistant. With her Registered Dental Assistant license and a passion for making every patient feel well-cared for, she plays a key role as a team leader in our office with her warm, patient-centered approach. Sharon greets every patient with a genuine smile and an optimistic outlook, providing experienced guidance on treatment options and helping navigate financial and insurance concerns. As a proud member of the Round Rock community, she is dedicated to creating a welcoming atmosphere where each patient feels like part of our extended family. Outside of work, Sharon loves to travel and spend quality time with family and friends, bringing that same enthusiasm and care to every aspect of her life.
Melissa
Dental Assistant
Melissa began her professional career as an educator. In 2020, she decided to make a switch into the world of dentistry by becoming an assistant and has never looked back. Since then, Melissa has gained valuable hands-on experience, assisting in full mouth restorations, crowns, fillings, implants etc. As a highly motivated and detail-oriented dental assistant, she is passionate about providing exceptional patient care. She fully understands that having dental work completed can cause a great amount of anxiety and stress for anyone, which is why she approaches each patient with a calm and soothing demeanor. When Melissa is not working alongside Dr. Chang helping transform smiles she loves spending time with her family. She also enjoys trying out new restaurants, camping with her son, traveling, baking, and creating pretty much anything.
